What if my insurance company directs me to another body shop?
You as the vehicle owner have the right to select the auto body shop of your choice. We would recommend selecting a body shop licensed as a Repair Dealer in the State of Hawaii with trained and certified technicians. Request to see their Repair Dealer (RD-xxxx) license.
Do I need to get three estimates in order to have my vehicle fixed?
No, you don’t need to obtain three estimates. Contact your insurance or insurance agent to inform them of your shop choice.
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
We know your time is limited so we do recommend calling our office at 230-8777 in advance to minimize your wait time.

When do I need to pay for my deductible?
You would pay Kapa’a Auto Body your deductible when you pick up your vehicle. We accept most major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
